RETURNS POLICY
Damaged / faulty goods must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt in order for them to be replaced. Please call us by telephone on 01865331130 or send an
Email to: alison@apearandapeach.com

If the purchaser has ordered an item in error and wishes to exchange for another product, the purchaser may return the item at own cost and enclose payment for any difference in cost plus postage cost to A Pear and a Peach,Windrush Cottage, West End Lane, Merton, Oxon OX25 2NG.

If the purchaser wishes to cancel their order, the purchaser should contact us as soon as possible, but within 7 days of order (or 7 days of receipt), by telephone: 01865 331130 or by sending an Email to: alison@apearandapeach.com  You will need to provide a reason for cancelling the order.

  • If no goods have been sent, the order will be cancelled and the purchaser’s payment will be returned in full.
  • If the goods have been sent to the purchaser. The purchaser at their own cost must return the unused goods (and in a condition that they can be sold again). The purchaser will be entitled to have their payment refunded once the goods have been received  and have been checked to be in a saleable condition.

PRIVACY POLICY
A Pear and a Peach respects each and every one of our customers right to Privacy. At no time will any personal or financial information provided on line, be sold or passed on to a third party.

We have a reputation for providing excellent service and customer care and are committed to maintaining the highest level of service at all times.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING                                                                   Our postal charges are: to the UK - free!!

Europe - £4.50, free if you spend over £100! Rest of the world - £5, free if you spend over £100!

All available orders are despatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. European deliveries take between 4 - 7 days and the rest of the world 7-10 days.

Back orders are dispatched as soon as they are available but we would aim to get them to you within 2 weeks. (We will email you to let you know in the unlikely event that it will take longer than 2 weeks).

All prices shown include VAT @ 17.5%

PAYING FROM ABROAD                                                                         All prices displayed are in UK pounds sterling. Your credit card will be debited at the exchange rate on the day of purchase.  Refunds will be made at the exchange rate on the day the goods are received back.

RETURNS POLICY AND OUR GUARANTEE                                    Our full returns policy is included with the invoice you receive. Please complete the returns form included, detach and return in the original parcel with the returning goods.  You may return goods for an exchange or refund.  You will be refunded the same way you paid for the goods. Please allow 14 days for your account to be credited.  Additional payment will be needed for exchanges that are higher in value than the returned goods.  Please ensure that you put the correct postage on any returned parcels and it is recommended that you obtain from the post office a certificate of posting.  We guarantee to refund or exchange goods if you are not fully satisfied. However, please ensure that non-faulty items are returned unworn with all original tags in place. Please take care when trying on garments. Your statutory rights are not effected.

PACKAGING                                                                                                  All purchases will be handwrapped using tissue paper and ribbon.  Matching bra and brief sets will be wrapped together.  If you require separate wrapping, just let us know by telephone or email at the time of your order.
